Receta Chocolate Macaroon Squares

Ingredientes
- 1 can (14-ounce) sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 x Egg
- 1 can (3.5-ounce) flaked coconut, divided
- 1 c. Minced pecans
- 1 pkt (6-ounce) Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 pkt (18.5-ounce) chocolate cake mix
- 1/3 c. Butter, softened
- 1 x Egg
Direcciones
- Topping: In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk, vanilla extract and egg; beat till well blended. Stir in 1 c. coconut, pecans and Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels. Set aside.
- Base: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine cake mix, butter and egg; mix till crumbly. Press into greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
- Spread Topping over Base. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 c. coconut on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
- NOTE: Center may appear loose but willset upon cooling. Cold completely on wire rack. Cut into 2-inch squares.
- Makes 2 dozen 2-inch squares.
