Ingredientes

  • 1 (18.5 ounce.) pkg. devils food cake mix with pudding
  • 1 c. flaked coconut, toasted
  • 1/2 c. reg. oats, uncooked and toasted
  • 3/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 6 (1.45 ounce.) lowfat milk chocolate candy bars, broken into squares
  • 3/4 c. flaked coconut

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients; refrigerate30 min. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Immediately top each cookie with one chocolate square; spread to frost. Sprinkle cookies with coconut. Yield: About 6 dozen.
