Ingredientes

  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. (16 ounce can) Hershey's syrup
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 3 drops green food coloring
  • 1 T water
  • 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon mint extract
  • 6 T butter
  • 1 c. chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Oven 350 degrees. In large bowl, put together flour, sugar, butter, large eggs and syrup. Beat till smooth. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 25 to 30 min. Cool completely in pan. Spread Mint Cream Center on cake. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. Mix all ingredients till smooth. Pour Chocolate Topping over chilled dessert. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
  3. In small saucepan, over very low heat, heat butter and chocolate chips. Remove from heat; stir till smooth. Cool slightly.
