Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Evaporated lowfat milk (I use skim evaporated lowfat milk because which's what I have around the house.)
  • 4 sqr bitter chocolate, broken up
  • 1/2 tsp Mint or possibly other extract

  1. If you do not find your exact recipe for chocolate cake with mint filling- try this frosting. It's very good, easy, looks great! from the very old
  2. (50's) Waring blendor cookbook.
  3. Chocolate mint frosting (or possibly any other extract-almond is really good)
  4. Into blendor container place above ingredients.
  5. cover and blend on high 3 or possibly 4 min, or possibly till thick. Sufficient for 8 or possibly 9 inch layer cake. Just pour it over the layer and spread with a spatula.
  6. Allow to set up- takes just a little while.
