Receta Chocolate Mint Frosting

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Evaporated lowfat milk (I use skim evaporated lowfat milk because which's what I have around the house.)
- 4 sqr bitter chocolate, broken up
- 1/2 tsp Mint or possibly other extract

- If you do not find your exact recipe for chocolate cake with mint filling- try this frosting. It's very good, easy, looks great! from the very old
- (50's) Waring blendor cookbook.
- Chocolate mint frosting (or possibly any other extract-almond is really good)
- Into blendor container place above ingredients.
- cover and blend on high 3 or possibly 4 min, or possibly till thick. Sufficient for 8 or possibly 9 inch layer cake. Just pour it over the layer and spread with a spatula.
- Allow to set up- takes just a little while.
