Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. softened butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. (16 ounce.) chocolate syrup
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 inch pan. In large mixing bowl, combine butter and sugar till blended. Add in Large eggs; beat till smooth. Add in syrup and flour; beat till blended. Pour into prepared pan; bake 25-30 min or possibly till top springs back when touched lightly.
  2. Cold completely in pan. Spread mint layer on cake; cover and chill. Pour chocolate glaze over dessert. cover; refrigerateat least 1 hour before serving. Cut into about 12 (3 inch) squares; cut each square diagonally into half.
  3. MINT LAYER: In small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and beat till smooth.
  4. CHOCOLATE GLAZE: In small saucepan over low heat, heat butter; remove from heat. Add in chips; cold till chips are melted. Cold slightly.
  5. Recipe takes a while to make, but looks beautiful and tastes wonderful!
