Receta Chocolate Mint Triangles

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. (16 ounce.) chocolate syrup
- 1 c. all-purpose flour

- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 inch pan. In large mixing bowl, combine butter and sugar till blended. Add in Large eggs; beat till smooth. Add in syrup and flour; beat till blended. Pour into prepared pan; bake 25-30 min or possibly till top springs back when touched lightly.
- Cold completely in pan. Spread mint layer on cake; cover and chill. Pour chocolate glaze over dessert. cover; refrigerateat least 1 hour before serving. Cut into about 12 (3 inch) squares; cut each square diagonally into half.
- MINT LAYER: In small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and beat till smooth.
- CHOCOLATE GLAZE: In small saucepan over low heat, heat butter; remove from heat. Add in chips; cold till chips are melted. Cold slightly.
- Recipe takes a while to make, but looks beautiful and tastes wonderful!
