Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Marsala wine
  • 1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. light rum
  • 12 ounce. semi - sweet chocolate
  • 1 tbsp. instant espresso pwdr
  • 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, cut into small pcs
  • 2 c. whipping cream, whipped
  • Chocolate leaves for garnish (optional)

Direcciones

  1. For crust: 2 tbsp. (1/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted 1 1/2 tbsp. instant coffee pwdr 1 1/2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
  2. Combine crushed chocolate wafers, melted butter, coffee and cocoa powders in large bowl and mix well. Chill half of mix and press remainder proportionately into bottom of 8 inch springform pan. Set aside.
