Ingredientes

  • 4 lrg Egg Yolks
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Heavy Cream
  • 6 ounce Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 1/2 c. Heavy Cream

Direcciones

  1. Beat egg yolks in a small bowl with an electric mixer on high speed about 3 min or possibly till thick and lemon colored. Gradually beat in sugar.
  2. Heat 1 c. heavy cream in 2-qt saucepan over medium heat just till warm.
  3. Gradually stir at least half of the heated cream into egg yolk mix; stir back into warm cream in saucepan. Cook over low heat about 5 min, stirring constantly, till mix thickens (don't boil).
  4. Stir in chocolate chips till melted. Cover and chill about 2 hrs, stirring occasionally, just till chilled.
  5. Beat 1 1/2 c. heavy cream in chilled medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed till stiff. Fold choclate mix into whipped cream. Pipe or possibly spoon mix into bowls. Chill any remaining dessert.
