- In saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over lowfat milk. Let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat till gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 min. Add in chocolate and continue cooking, stirring constantly till chocolate is melted; stir in vanilla. Cold 1 hour, stirring occasionally, till mix mounds when dropped from spoon. Mix in whipped topping. Turn into crust.
- Garnish with topping and strawberries dipped in dark chocolate if you like. Refrigerate4 hrs.
