Ingredientes

  • 1 stk butter or possibly margarine, (4oz)
  • 3 sqr unsweetened chocolate, (1 ounce) cut up
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 dsh Salt
  • 1 c. Buttermilk
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 c. Mini semisweet chocolate chips, (6oz)

Direcciones

  1. DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 400F. In a 2-qt glass bowl, combine butter and unsweetened chocolate. Heat in microwave oven on high 2 to 2-1/2 min, till melted and smooth when stirred. Let cold to lukewarm.
  2. Stir in sugar, egg, vanilla, salt and buttermilk, till thoroughly blended. Mix together flour and baking soda and stir into chocolate mix just till combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Spoon batter in 12 paper lined 2-1/2 inch muffin c., filling to top.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 min, or possibly till a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Let muffins cold in pans 5 min, then transfer to racks to cold completely. Serve hot or possibly cold.
