Receta Chocolate Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 stk butter or possibly margarine, (4oz)
- 3 sqr unsweetened chocolate, (1 ounce) cut up
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 dsh Salt
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 c. Mini semisweet chocolate chips, (6oz)
Direcciones
- DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 400F. In a 2-qt glass bowl, combine butter and unsweetened chocolate. Heat in microwave oven on high 2 to 2-1/2 min, till melted and smooth when stirred. Let cold to lukewarm.
- 2. Stir in sugar, egg, vanilla, salt and buttermilk, till thoroughly blended. Mix together flour and baking soda and stir into chocolate mix just till combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- 3. Spoon batter in 12 paper lined 2-1/2 inch muffin c., filling to top.
- 4. Bake 15 to 20 min, or possibly till a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Let muffins cold in pans 5 min, then transfer to racks to cold completely. Serve hot or possibly cold.
