Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. Cocoa pwdr, heaping
  • 3 Tbsp. All purpose flour
  • 3 c. Lowfat lowfat milk
  • 3 x Egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. Chunky peanut butter
  • 2 tsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy non-reactive saucepan. Stir in lowfat milk and egg yolks. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Immediately remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter, butter and vanilla till butter is melted. Mix thoroughly. Transfer to a serving bowl. Press plastic wrap over pudding surface to prevent skin from forming. Serve hot or possibly cool.
  3. This recipe serves 8.
