Ingredients: 1 c. Sugar; 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch; 3 Tbsp. Cocoa pwdr, heaping; 3 Tbsp. All purpose flour; 3 c. Lowfat lowfat milk; 3 x Egg yolks; 1/2 c. Chunky peanut butter; 2 tsp Unsalted butter; 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Ingredientes

1 c. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
3 Tbsp. Cocoa pwdr, heaping
3 Tbsp. All purpose flour
3 c. Lowfat lowfat milk
3 x Egg yolks
1/2 c. Chunky peanut butter
2 tsp Unsalted butter
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Direcciones

Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy non-reactive saucepan. Stir in lowfat milk and egg yolks. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly.
Immediately remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter, butter and vanilla till butter is melted. Mix thoroughly. Transfer to a serving bowl. Press plastic wrap over pudding surface to prevent skin from forming. Serve hot or possibly cool.
This recipe serves 8.
