Ingredientes

  • 1 x pie crust (9 inch) baked
  • 1/2 c. butter softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 x egg
  • 3/4 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. peanuts minced
  • 4 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 1/2 c. whipped cream whipped
  • 1/2 c. peanuts minced

Direcciones

  1. Chocolate Filling: Cream butter and sugar. Add in egg; beat 2 - 3 min. Blend in chocolate. Spread 1 c. mix over crust. Reserve rest of mix. Sprinkle with 1 c. of nuts.
  2. Peanut Filling: Combine cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and egg. Mix in whipped cream. Spoon over filling.
  3. Spread reserved chocolate mix to within 2 inches of edges. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. nuts.
  4. NOTES : Tom had this dessert at the Fox and Hounds restaurant and raved about it. I later found the recipe much to his pleasure. It is a rich dessert but very special and delicious. Once again, favorite flavor combinations of peanut butter and chocolate.
