Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • 110 gm Caster sugar, (4oz)
  • 150 ml Whipping cream, (1/4pt)
  • 375 ml Lowfat milk, (13fl ounce)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Coffee granules
  • 110 gm Plain chocolate - broken into squares, (4oz)
  • 1 x Egg and 3 yolks

Direcciones

  1. In a saucepan boil the water and sugar till a golden brown colour is reached. Add in the lowfat milk, cream, vanilla, coffee and chocolate and bring to a simmer.
  2. Place the egg and yolk in a bowl and whisk lightly. Pour over the chocolate mix and whisk.
  3. Pour the mix into ramekins and place in a bain maire and cover with foil.
  4. Bake for 25 min at 180 C/350 F/gas mark 4 till set and slightly puffed up when ready. Remove from the tin and refrigeratein the fridge.
