Receta Chocolate Pot

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- 110 gm Caster sugar, (4oz)
- 150 ml Whipping cream, (1/4pt)
- 375 ml Lowfat milk, (13fl ounce)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Coffee granules
- 110 gm Plain chocolate - broken into squares, (4oz)
- 1 x Egg and 3 yolks
Direcciones
- In a saucepan boil the water and sugar till a golden brown colour is reached. Add in the lowfat milk, cream, vanilla, coffee and chocolate and bring to a simmer.
- Place the egg and yolk in a bowl and whisk lightly. Pour over the chocolate mix and whisk.
- Pour the mix into ramekins and place in a bain maire and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25 min at 180 C/350 F/gas mark 4 till set and slightly puffed up when ready. Remove from the tin and refrigeratein the fridge.
