Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c. minced chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla Filling:
  • 3/4 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp. shortening
  • 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour and salt. Blend butter, sugar and vanilla. Add in flour mix, lowfat milk, and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Form into 1 inch balls. Flatten slightly. With thumb or possibly end of a wooden spoon make a depression in the center. Bake 375 10 - 12 mins. Roll several times in powdered sugar. Let cold.
  2. Filling Directions: Heat semi-sweet chocolate chip and shortening over warm (not boiling) water. Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth. Let cold 5 mins. Fill depression in cookies.
