Ingredientes

  • 1 sht frzn puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 1/2 ounce Packaged instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Confectioners sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 2 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut pastry into 4 strips, 2 1/2- inches wide. Cut each strip crosswise into thirds. On an ungreased baking sheet, arrange strips and bake till done. Prepare pudding according to package directions, substituting lowfat sour cream for 1 c. lowfat milk. Cut pastry rectangles in half, making a top and a bottom. Spoon pudding on bottom half and top with the other. Blend sugar and lowfat milk till spreading consistency.
  3. Spread on top and drizzle with chocolate. Serve immediately.
