Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. All purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Solid pack pumpkin
  • 1/4 c. Melted butter
  • 1 x Egg
  • 6 ounce Semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c. Finely minced nuts

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400. In large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr, cinnamon, and salt; make a well in the center. In a small bowl, combine lowfat milk, pumpkin, butter and egg; add in to well in flour mix. Add in chocolate chips; stir till dry mix is moistened. Spoon mix into greased muffin c., filling each 3/4 full. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon nuts over each muffin.
  2. Bake at 400 for 18-20 min. Cold 5 min; remove from pans, completely cold on racks.
  3. This recipe makes 12.
