Receta Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. All purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Solid pack pumpkin
- 1/4 c. Melted butter
- 1 x Egg
- 6 ounce Semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. Finely minced nuts
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400. In large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr, cinnamon, and salt; make a well in the center. In a small bowl, combine lowfat milk, pumpkin, butter and egg; add in to well in flour mix. Add in chocolate chips; stir till dry mix is moistened. Spoon mix into greased muffin c., filling each 3/4 full. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon nuts over each muffin.
- Bake at 400 for 18-20 min. Cold 5 min; remove from pans, completely cold on racks.
