Ingredientes

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 pound dry cottage cheese
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 packs Sweet & Low
  • 1 env. chocolate Alba 66
  • 2 T warm water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Using blender, mix all ingredients for cake till smooth. Pour half of mix into Pam sprayed 8 inch pie or possibly cake pan.Put together topping ingredients and drizzle half over batter. Add in remainder of cake batter and topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min or possibly till cake rises around outside edge and loses its shiny appearance. Cool before cutting.
