Ingredientes

  • 250 gm Mascarpone cheese, (8oz)
  • 2 Tbsp. Brandy
  • 2 Tbsp. Fine grnd espresso coffee
  • 25 gm Icing sugar, (1oz)
  • 75 gm Deluxe Belgium plain gluten free, (3oz) chocolate grated
  • 5 Tbsp. Single cream
  • 300 ml Double cream, ( 1/2 pint)

Direcciones

  1. Beat the mascarpone cheese in a bowl with the brandy, espresso coffee and icing sugar. Reserving 1 Tbsp. of grated chocolate, stir in the remainder, with the single cream.
  2. Whip the double cream till just peaking and fold into the mascarpone mix.
  3. Turn the mix into a freezable container and freeze for 2-3 hrs.
  4. Serve scooped into c.. Drizzle with brandy if liked and decorate with lightly whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate.
