Ingredientes

  • Base layer:
  • l/2 c unsalted butter
  • l/4 c sugar
  • 5 Tbsp.cocoa
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • l-l/4 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 c coarsely crushed pretzels
  • Middle layer:
  • l/2 c unsalted butter,melted and cooled slightly
  • l-l/3 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tsp.vanilla
  • Top layer:
  • 5 oz. bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter

Direcciones

  1. Base Layer: In glass bowl over simmering water, melt butter with sugar and cocoa. While still over water, add egg and beat to combine (will thicken). Remove from heat; add crumbs and pretzels. Press into 8X8 pan. Set aside.
  2. Combine butter and peanut butter in small bowl. Mix in sugar and vanilla. Dump over bottom layer and smooth over to make a flat, even layer.
  3. In glass bowl over simmering water, melt butter and chocolate together. Stir until smooth. Pour over peanut butter layer and spread out evenly.
  4. Chill in fridge until chocolate is set. Cut into squares
