Ingredientes

  • 1 x Recipe tart crust
  • 8 ounce Semisweet chocolate
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 2 c. Whipping cream Whipped cream and chocolate curls or possibly candied lilacs (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Make and bake tartlet shells, following master recipe.
  2. To make filling; heat chocolate and sugar in a heavy saucepan, over low heat, stirring constantly till smooth. Stir in cream. Stir over heat till the mixute begins to thicken, 8 to 10 min. Cold.
  3. Fill pastry shells with chocolate mix. Regrigerate. Decorate with a dollop of whipped cream and the chocolate curls or possibly candied lilacs.
