Receta Chocolate Walnut Fudge

- Butter sides of a large saucepan. Line a 9X9 baking pan with foil. Butter sides and bottom of foil.
- In the saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients. Stir over low heat till blended.
- Bring to a boil over moderate heat, being careful not mistake air bubbles for boiling. Then boil slowly for 5 min, stirring constantly, to soft ball stage on candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate and vanilla till chocolate is melted. Add in nuts. Turn into prepared pan. Cold completely. Lift from pan by foil and cut into squares.
