Ingredientes

  • 1 c. honey
  • 300 ml cream
  • 1/2 c. liquid glucose
  • 1 c. hazelnuts
  • 1 c. almonds, unsalted
  • 1/2 c. mixed peel
  • 300 gm chocolate, dark

Direcciones

  1. Boil cream, honey and glucose to 125C/260F, remove from heat and stir in nuts and finely diced peel. Leave to sit for a short time then roll out 1 cm thick.
  2. When completely cool, cut into 1cm X 3cm pcs and dip in melted chocolate.
