Receta Chopped Salad with Grilled Chicken Strips
Great lunch or supper option for the up-coming warmer months!
Ingredientes
- 1-1/4 cups mixed greens
- 4 ounce Chicken Tenders (grilled, cut into strips)
- one Roma tomato (cut)
- one stalk celery (rinsed, cut)
- salt and black pepper to taste
- Dressing: 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Direcciones
- Grill chicken and cut into strips
- In a mixing bowl add mixed greens, tomato, celery, s & P, dressing and toss gently
- transfer to a serving bowl add grilled chicken strips and enjoy!
- Super light and refreshing salad
- Croutons of your choice (I used garlic and parmesan, store bought)
