Ingredientes

  • Chow Chow (Chayote) – 1, peeled, chopped
  • Onion – 1, big, finely chopped
  • Garlic – 3 cloves, crushed
  • Tomatoes – 2, finely chopped
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder – 3 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – a pinch
  • Salt as per taste
  • Grind together:
  • Coconut – 2 tblsp, grated
  • Green Chillies – 2
  • Saunf – 1 tsp
  • Gram Flour – 3 tsp
  • For Tempering:
  • Oil – 3 tsp
  • Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
  • Saunf – 1 tsp
