- Put together 1/4 cup water, yeast and 2 tbsp flour; let rise for 10 min. Mix large eggs, 1 cup water, lowfat milk, sugar, salt and extract together; add in yeast mix. Add in remaining flour till damp; add in butter. Knead till smooth. Let rise till doubled in bulk. Roll dough.Spread Filling on dough; roll up like jelly roll. Let rise for 30 min. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool before slicing. Keeps well.
