Chuletas (Mexican Cocktail Meatballs)

Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Grnd beef
  • 2 c. Parsley sprigs, Chopped
  • 3 x Yellow onion, Chopped
  • 2 lrg Egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, Freshly grated
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 3 c. Dry bread crumbs Extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients except crumbs. Form into small, cocktail size balls.
  2. Roll balls in bread crumbs. Refrigeratewell. Saute/fry in extra virgin olive oil three to four min. Transfer to a chafing dish. Serve with your favorite salsa as a dipping sauce.
  3. Makes approximately 15 per lb. of grnd beef.
  4. NOTES : I've served these at many parties over the years. I usually arrange them in a chafing dish, but a crockpot on low will also work.
