Ingredientes

  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup pitted ripe olives, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp red onion, chopped
  • 3 medium plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 2 Tbsp fresh basil leaves, snipped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Drain marinade from artichokes into batter bowl
  2. Chop artichokes, olives, red onion and tomatoes and add to batter bowl
  3. Press garlic into batter bowl
  4. Add basil
  5. Season with salt and pepper
