Ingredientes
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup pitted ripe olives, chopped
- 2 Tbsp red onion, chopped
- 3 medium plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 2 Tbsp fresh basil leaves, snipped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Drain marinade from artichokes into batter bowl
- Chop artichokes, olives, red onion and tomatoes and add to batter bowl
- Press garlic into batter bowl
- Add basil
- Season with salt and pepper
