Ingredientes

  • 1 (4 1/4 ounce) can minced ripe olives, liquid removed
  • 1 (4 ounce) can minced green chilies, liquid removed
  • 1 lg. tomato, minced
  • 1 bunch minced green onions
  • 2/3 c. white vinegar
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely grnd pepper
  • Tortilla chips

Direcciones

  1. Put together the olives, chilies, tomatoes and green onions in a medium bowl. Put together vinegar and next 4 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake vigorously. Pour vinegar mix over vegetables. Cover and chill at least 3 hrs. Drain and serve with tortilla chips.
