Ingredientes
- 1 (4 1/4 ounce) can minced ripe olives, liquid removed
- 1 (4 ounce) can minced green chilies, liquid removed
- 1 lg. tomato, minced
- 1 bunch minced green onions
- 2/3 c. white vinegar
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely grnd pepper
- Tortilla chips
Direcciones
- Put together the olives, chilies, tomatoes and green onions in a medium bowl. Put together vinegar and next 4 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake vigorously. Pour vinegar mix over vegetables. Cover and chill at least 3 hrs. Drain and serve with tortilla chips.
