Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 jar mango chutney - (8 1/2 ounce) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 4 x pre-roasted Cornish Hens

Direcciones

  1. In a small saucepan, combine lemon juice, chutney, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring. Transfer the mix to a blender and puree. Brush the hens with the glaze. Reheat the hens for 15 to 20 min in a preheated 350 degree oven.
