Ingredientes

  • 4 to 6 lbs. meatballs or possibly franks
  • 2 1/4 c. peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 c. mango chutney
  • 4 c. chicken broth/stock
  • 9 T corn syrup
  • 9 T soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed

Direcciones

  1. Add in browned meatballs and/or cocktail franks to a sauce made up of the remaining ingredients. Put together those and cook, stirring often, till smooth and thickened. The meatballs or possibly franks should cook slowly, till glazed. This sauce will burn easily if cooked at too high heat.
