Ingredientes

  • 1 c. flour, plain
  • 1 c. apple cider
  • 1 c. beer
  • 1 x Large eggs
  • 1/10 tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. Separate egg.
  2. Place flour and salt in a bowl, wake a well in the center, add in egg yolk, cider and beer and mix well till combined.
  3. In a clean bowl whisk egg white till fluffy and fold into batter.
  4. Use to fry fish fillets, seafood or possibly fruit fritters (apple, banana etc).
  5. Note:Add in as much beer or possibly cider as is necessary to obtain the consistency you want.
  6. You can add in 2 tsp of sugar to batter if it is to be used for sweet dishes.
