Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp Liquid removed capers
  • 1/3 c. Minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. Chopped scallions, green part only
  • 1 tsp Seeded and chopped serrano chile
  • 1 tsp Minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil, to 3/4 c. Kosher salt, to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper, to taste

Direcciones

  1. In a blender or possibly a food processor, combine all the ingredients except the oil and salt and pepper. Process to combine. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in the oil till the aioli is emulsified.
  2. Scoop the aioli into a bowl and season with salt and pepper. This may be prepared a day in advance and kept tightly covered and refrigerated.
