Receta Cinnamon Apple Jelly

- Sweetener equivalent to 4 tsp sugar
- Soften gelatin in 1/4 c apple juice. Combine remaining apple juice, lemon juice, cinnamon stick and food coloring, if you like, in a saucepan. Boil about 7 minutes to reduce by 1/3. Remove from heat. Stir in sweetener and softened gelatin till it dissolves. Throw away cinnamon stick. Pour into a sterilized jar. Cover tightly. Store in refrigerator.
