Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp Unflavored gelatin
  • 1 2/3 c. Unsweetened apple juice
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 x Cinnamon stick 1" long
  • 1 dsh Each yellow & red food col.
  • 4 tsp Artificial sweetener equiv.*

Direcciones

  1. Sweetener equivalent to 4 tsp sugar
  2. Soften gelatin in 1/4 c apple juice. Combine remaining apple juice, lemon juice, cinnamon stick and food coloring, if you like, in a saucepan. Boil about 7 minutes to reduce by 1/3. Remove from heat. Stir in sweetener and softened gelatin till it dissolves. Throw away cinnamon stick. Pour into a sterilized jar. Cover tightly. Store in refrigerator.
