Ingredientes

  • 24 slc Soft white sandwich bread, crust
  • 16 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar, divided
  • 2 x Egg yolks
  • 2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted

Direcciones

  1. Flatten bread with a rolling pin. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar and yolks. Spread on bread; roll up, jelly-roll style. Combine cinnamon and remaining sugar. Lightly dip rolls in butter, then in cinnamon-sugar. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for20 min.
  3. Yield: 2 dozen.
