Ingredientes

  • 2 x egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 dsh salt
  • 1/2 c. Splenda
  • 2 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract

Direcciones

  1. In medium bowl, combine egg whites with cream of tartar and salt; beat till soft peaks form. Mix in cinnamon, vanilla and almond extracts.
  2. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 min.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings;
