%20and%20started%20playing%20around%20in%20the%20kitchen%20after%20dinner.%20The%20end%20result%20was%20this%20cinnamon%20peanut%20butter%20popcorn!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20one%20bite,%20I%20knew%20Ryan%20and%20I%20would%20have%20no%20trouble%20polishing%20off%20every%20last%20kernel%20while%20we%20watched%20The%20Big%20Bang%20Theory.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAny%20other%20Big%20Bang%20Theory%20fans%20out%20there?%20Ryan%20and%20I%20borrowed%20a%20few%20seasons%20of%20the%20show%20on%20DVD%20from%20our%20friends%20and%20we%20are%20hooked.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESheldon%20cracks%20me%20up!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERyan%20and%20I%20discovered%20the%20show%20a%20couple%20of%20months%20ago%20and%20are%20slowly%20catching%20up.%20We%20had%20the%20show%20on%20in%20the%20background%20when%20we%20were%20brushing%20our%20teeth%20one%20night%20when%20we%20were%20in%20Ireland%20and%20we%20both%20kept%20laughing%20so%20many%20times%20that%20we%20ended%20up%20watching%20two%20episodes!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20this%20blew%20my%20mind:%20Leonard%20is%20Rusty%20Griswold%20from%20Christmas%20Vacation!%20What!?!?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20know.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EClearly%20I%20haven%E2%80%99t%20kept%20up%20with%20Johnny%20Galecki%E2%80%99s%20career%20since%20Christmas%20Vacation.%20Shocking!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnyway,%20the%20popcorn%E2%80%A6%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20so,%20so%20easy%20to%20make%20and%20incredibly%20delicious.%20I%20ended%20up%20making%20a%20second%20batch%20and%20put%20it%20in%20Tupperware%20to%20bring%20to%20work%20with%20me%20today.%20(This%20post%20will%20actually%20be%20published%20while%20I%E2%80%99m%20at%20work.%20I%E2%80%99m%20working%20the%20early%20shift%20today.%204:30%20a.m.%20=%20Brutal.)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20idea%20for%20this%20popcorn%20came%20from%20Becca%20who%20commented%20on%20an%20Instagram%20photo%20I%20posted%20of%20almond%20butter.%20She%20said%20she%20likes%20to%20drizzle%20the%20nut%20butter%20over%20popcorn%20and%20when%20I%20read%20that%20my%20mouth%20started%20watering%20and%20I%20knew%20I%20had%20to%20give%20it%20a%20go%E2%80%A6%20with%20a%20little%20twist!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20tossed%20a%20bag%20of%20natural%20popcorn%20in%20a%20sweet%20and%20salty%20mix%20of%20peanut%20butter,%20honey%20and%20cinnamon%20and%20couldn%E2%80%99t%20get%20enough!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECinnamon%20Peanut%20Butter%20Popcorn%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECombine%20peanut%20butter,%20cinnamon%20and%20honey%20in%20a%20large%20bowl.%20Stir%20together%20and%20microwave%20until%20slightly%20runny,%20about%2030%20seconds.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPour%20popcorn%20on%20top%20of%20peanut%20butter%20mixture%20and%20toss%20to%20coat.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAllow%20to%20cool%20slightly%20and%20enjoy!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERyan%20and%20I%20ended%20up%20throwing%20a%20handful%20of%20chopped%20pecans%20in%20the%20mix%20after%20I%20was%20done%20photographing%20the%20popcorn%20and%20I%20loved%20the%20added%20flavor.%20I%20highly%20recommend%20adding%20a%20handful%20or%20two%20of%20your%20favorite%20nuts,%20dried%20cranberries%20or%20butterscotch%20chips%20to%20the%20popcorn.%20The%20possibilities%20for%20add-ins%20are%20endless,%20but%20it%E2%80%99s%20quite%20good%20without%20any%20help!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEnjoy!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
