Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. Regular, Quick or possibly Instant CREAM OF WHEAT Cereal
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. FLEISCHMANN'S Margarine, melted
  • 11 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 c. California Raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. Fruit juice, any flavor

Direcciones

  1. In medium bowl, combine flour, cereal, 1/4 c. sugar, baking pwdr and cinnamon; set aside.
  2. In small bowl, combine lowfat milk, egg, margarine and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just till moistened. Stir in raisins. Spoon mix proportionately into 12 greased 2 1/2" muffin-pan c.. Bake at 400'F. 18-20 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan; brush tops of muffins with fruit juice and roll in remaining sugar. Serve hot.
