Cinnamon Rolls (With Dry Milk)

Ingredientes

  • ix together:
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 packages. dry yeast
  • n a bowl put:
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 8 T sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. powdered lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. flour, usually takes more

Direcciones

  1. Let set.
  2. Add in to yeast mix then add in:
  3. Spread 1 cup flour on board to knead. When well kneaded put into large greased bowl and let rise. Punch down, divide into 2 balls, roll into rectangle, spread with butter and a mix of white sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and slice. Let rise and bake at 375 degrees about 20 min. Makes 2 9 x 13-inch pans. Total 32 rolls. Drizzle powdered sugar icing over rolls while still warm.
