Receta Cinnamon Rolls (With Dry Milk)

Ingredientes
- ix together:
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 2 packages. dry yeast
- n a bowl put:
- 1 c. hot water
- 8 T sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. powdered lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 2 c. flour, usually takes more
Direcciones
- Let set.
- Add in to yeast mix then add in:
- Spread 1 cup flour on board to knead. When well kneaded put into large greased bowl and let rise. Punch down, divide into 2 balls, roll into rectangle, spread with butter and a mix of white sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and slice. Let rise and bake at 375 degrees about 20 min. Makes 2 9 x 13-inch pans. Total 32 rolls. Drizzle powdered sugar icing over rolls while still warm.
