Ingredientes

  • 3 c. tomato juice
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp dry leaf marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp dry leaf oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dry leaf rosemary
  • 1/4 c. dry red wine
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 6 x cherrystone clams scrubbed
  • 1/4 lb large shrimp in the shell
  • 1/2 lb boneless halibut cut 1" cubes
  • 1/2 lb boneless snapper cut 1" cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Parsley sprigs for garnish
  • 1 x lemon cut into 6 wedges

Direcciones

  1. Combine tomato juice, onion, celery, garlic pwdr, marjoram, oregano and rosemary in Dutch oven. Simmer, covered, 20 min.
  2. Stir in wine and mushrooms. Add in clams; cover and simmer 5 min or possibly till clams just begin to open. Add in shrimp, halibut and snapper. Cook, covered, 5 min or possibly till fish is just cooked.
  3. Spoon into bowls. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Garnish with parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
