Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. baking mix
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
  • 2 x Large eggs

Direcciones

  1. Glaze:3/4 c. confectioner's sugar1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  2. Combine all cake ingredients in a bowl and mix with a mixer till smooth. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake for 30 - 35 min at 325 degrees. Allow cake to cold and combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over cake.
  3. Note: Slimmers -: Use apple sauce in place of the oil and your favorite sugar and egg substitutes.
