Ingredientes

  • 2 med carrots, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch (5 mm) rounds
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) butter
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) brown sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice Salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Boil the carrot slices in salted water till tender, about 8 min.
  2. Drain and transfer to a skillet over moderate heat. Add in the remaining ingredients and cook, stirring frequently, till lightly glazed, about 2 min.
  3. Serves 1.
