Ingredientes

  • 1 x pink grapefruit
  • 1 x tangerine
  • 1 sm shallot chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. champagne or possibly white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1/4 tsp dry red pepper flakes

  1. With a sharp knife, peel the grapefruit and tangerine just deep sufficient to expose the fruit, removing all the white pulp. Section the citrus fruits over a bowl to catch the juices, then finely chop the fruit sections. Add in the fruit to the bowl with the juice, add in the remaining ingredients and stir to mix.
